By using Job Insider Malaysia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform or create an account.
2. Membership and access
Membership provides access to members-only job matching services, job alerts and the Resume Builder for personal use only. Your account is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.
3. Content restrictions
Job listings, recommendations and member content may not be copied, redistributed or resold without written permission. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
4. Free for life
Job Insider Malaysia is 100% free for life. There are no registration fees, monthly fees, renewals or hidden charges, and we never ask for your card or bank details.
5. Account suspension
Job Insider Malaysia may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud or unauthorized sharing without prior notice.
6. No employment guarantee
We help you find and apply for suitable job opportunities, but we are not an employer or recruitment agency and do not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment.
7. Limitation of liability
Job Insider Malaysia is not responsible for losses resulting from the use of our job recommendations or resume tools. You assume full responsibility for your job applications and career decisions.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Refund Policy

Job matching, job alerts and the Resume Builder are completely free, with no time limit.
No payment details collected
We never ask for credit card, bank account or any other payment information.
No renewals or cancellation fees
There is no subscription, so there are no automatic charges and nothing to cancel.
Refunds
Because we never charge you, there is nothing to refund.
